What we keep

Your phone or email to sign in, your pseudonym and the experiences you publish. Phone numbers and IPs are kept only as keyed hashes, for security.

What we never do

We do not sell or show contact details, real names or goal answers. Experiences are published under a pseudonym.

Identity and bank details

Real names, national IDs, documents and IBANs are encrypted and seen only by authorized reviewers; every view is logged. Documents are deleted a year after the decision.

How long we keep things

Sign-in history and consultation messages are kept for 180 days. Deleting a goal deletes its answers.

Visit statistics

We run Umami on our own server: no cookies, Do Not Track respected, no search queries sent.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your experiences, sign out of devices and ask for your account to be deleted.
